Who we are

This website, www.ezpraxis.com, is operated by Netcom IT Solutions LLC, the company that makes EzPraxis. In this policy, “we” means Netcom IT Solutions LLC.

This policy covers the website only. The EzPraxis application (app.ezpraxis.com), where practices keep their records, is covered by the EzPraxis privacy policy, and patient information is never collected on this website.

What we collect

Demo requests. When you request a demo, we collect your name, email address, phone number, practice name and specialty. The form sends them to the EzPraxis system, which emails them to our sales team at sales@ezpraxis.com. Please don’t include patient information in the form.

Spam protection. The demo page uses Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots. It runs only on the demo page, and Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful, and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies. Google Analytics is set for statistics only: advertising features and ad personalization are turned off. Analytics does not run on the patient portal help page.

Error monitoring. We use Sentry to learn when a page breaks. When an error happens, Sentry receives technical details about it, such as the page, your browser and the error message.

Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records technical information about each request, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver and protect the site.

How we use it

We use demo requests to contact you about EzPraxis. We use analytics and error reports to improve the website. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart, and Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies on the demo page. Cloudflare Web Analytics sets none. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the website for us: Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), Sentry (error monitoring) and Amazon Web Services, which hosts the EzPraxis system that delivers demo requests by email. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children.

Changes

We will update this page when the website’s practices change, and show the date of the last update at the top.
