Claims & Insurance Payments
Claims from appointments and TCM notes, 837P files, CMS-1500 forms, ERA import, corrected, void and secondary claims, denials and appeals, and claims dashboards and reports (Insurance Clearinghouse add-on). Secondary and tertiary insurer payments can be posted too.

Billing reports and dashboards
Receivables Aging, Collections & Refunds and Payor Mix & Denials reports; Outstanding Receivables, Receivables Aging, Cash Collected and Biller Work Queue widgets; and a Stripe reconciliation screen.

Scheduling Conflict Detection
Alerts when an appointment overlaps another for the same client or clinician, across locations, products, recurring series and clinician availability, plus a new Not Available calendar event.

Card payments through Stripe, saved cards, refunds, client invoices, statements, superbills and receipts (Client Payments add-on).

- Clinician compensation: invoice numbering, W-2/W-9 contractor type, shared compensation plans and manual invoice edits.
